Marco Enzo Bagheri

Founder

Marco Enzo Bagheri is an Assistant Professor at ISAG-European Business School and IPAM - the oldest and most prestigious Marketing School in Portugal. Marco Enzo was also a Marketing Tutor at the London School of Design and Marketing (LSDM).

Marco Enzo is finalizing his PhD in Marketing and Strategy at a joint program conducted among three well-known universities in Portugal, namely, Universidade do Minho, Universidade de Aveiro, and Universidade da Beira Interior. He holds an MBA with a Marketing specialization from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, and European Business School, Germany. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in the English language from IAU in Tehran.

He has been working for more than a decade in several industries including Education, Information and Communication Technology, Luxury Interior Design, Digital Experience, and Retail Solutions where he applied practical theories and concepts to real-life business cases.

Marco Enzo has diversified skills in Teaching, Conducting Research, Business Planning, Content Management, Communication, Social Media Management, Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, Project Implementation, Pricing and Packaging Services, Website Development, and Consulting in Marketing and Branding to name a few.

To pursue his passion and bridge the gap between academic and business life, he has established this boutique consulting company to assist wantrepreneurs in turning their ideas into businesses and further branding their products and services.

His interests include Digital Marketing, Branding Technology-Oriented Products & Services, Startups Branding, Disruptive Technologies, Consumer Behaviour, and Luxury Industries.

Sandra Ferreira

Content Marketing & Design

Sandra has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Activities Management and a Master's in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Minho. She has experience in strategic planning, content creation, ad campaigns, and social media management. She has also published scientific articles and participated in conferences related to tourism, sustainability, and marketing. Committed to everything she does, Sandra will bring a strategic vision to North Star Advisors.

Her Skills include Marketing, Strategy, Writing, Creativity, and Teamwork. She has several interests, such as Traveling, Sustainability, Social Media, and Photography.

Lia Vasconcelos

Social Media Strategist & Content Creator

Lia has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Innovation, a post-graduation in Digital Marketing Strategy, and is finalizing her Master's Degree in Global Marketing from the prestigious University of IPAM.

Throughout her bachelor's degree, she had the opportunity to live aboard and get to know Lithuania and Estonia. What she believes to be a life-changing experience, once she adds the opportunity to get to know new cultures and perspectives of life.

Her academic path made her develop skills in terms of creativity, focus on business development and perspective, and always seeing the big picture.
